Who we are

Navamira Unida S.L. ("we", "us") operates two luxury holiday villas in Santa Susanna, Catalonia, Spain. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us when making a booking enquiry or visiting our website.

What data we collect

When you submit a booking request we collect: full name, email address, phone number and/or WhatsApp number, preferred language, travel dates, number and age of guests, whether a dog accompanies the stay, and any optional notes you include.

When you visit our website, Vercel Analytics collects anonymised technical data (country, device type, page visited) only if you have given consent through our cookie banner. Analytics itself sets no cookies and no personal identifiers; the spam protection on our booking form does set one of its own (see Third parties). You can opt out at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

Why we collect it

We use your data solely to:

•Respond to your booking request

•Prepare and send the rental contract

•Coordinate arrival, key handover and cleaning

•Send pre-arrival and checkout information

We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent. We never sell your data to third parties.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on:

•Contract performance — to process your booking request and fulfil the rental agreement

•Legitimate interest — to manage the property and communicate about your stay

•Legal obligation — to comply with Spanish tourist registration requirements (CheckinScan)

How long we keep your data

Booking records are retained for 5 years as required by Spanish tax law. If your request was not converted into a booking, your data is deleted within 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Third parties

Your data may be processed by:

•Supabase (database hosting, West EU — Ireland) — stores booking data

•Resend (email delivery) — sends booking confirmations and contracts

•Vercel (website hosting) — anonymised analytics only

•CheckinScan — required by Spanish law for tourist registration

•Stripe (payments) — handles your name, email and card details when you pay

•Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on the booking form) — checks that a request comes from a person, not a bot, and sets its own cookie for that

All providers are GDPR-compliant. We do not share your data with Airbnb, Booking.com or any other platform.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

•Access the personal data we hold about you

•Correct inaccurate data

•Request deletion of your data

•Restrict or object to processing

•Receive your data in a portable format

Cookies and local storage

We use only what is necessary to make this site work. A lang cookie remembers your language preference for 12 months. You can choose whether to allow Vercel Analytics — anonymous visit statistics — through our cookie banner. Fonts are self-hosted; no third-party requests are sent for typography. Your choice is saved for 12 months and can be changed anytime via the Cookie settings link in the footer.
