HOW TO BOOK

Booking with us is simple and personal. First, select your dates and fill in the guest details in the booking form — you will see the full price before sending. We personally review every request and reply within 24 hours. If approved, you will receive a rental contract to read and sign online. Once signed, a 30% deposit confirms your reservation. No instant booking — we review every stay to ensure the best experience for both our guests and our home.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
  • Check-in from 16:00. Check-out by 10:00.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • More than 60 days before arrival: full refund.
  • 30–60 days before arrival: 15% of the total booking amount retained.
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: non-refundable.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • A refundable security deposit of €500 is also required.
  • Payment by bank transfer or card.
TOURIST TAX
  • €2.00 per adult, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.
  • Children under 17 are exempt.
  • Included in the total price.
HOUSE RULES
  • Maximum 10 registered guests.
  • No smoking indoors.
  • Quiet hours from 22:00.
  • Pets welcome by prior arrangement.
  • Pool use is at guests' own risk.

GETTING HERE
  • Santa Susanna, Costa del Maresme — 60 km north of Barcelona, 45 km south of Girona.
  • By train: Barcelona Sants → Santa Susanna, ~1 hr 20 min (Rodalies R1).
  • Barcelona Airport: ~1 hr 10 min by car (allow extra time — traffic in Barcelona can be heavy).
  • Girona Airport: ~30 min by car. If you have a choice, Girona is the easier option.
