Villa Serenity
Villa Serenity
This home is designed for relaxed and comfortable stays in a quiet residential setting along the coast. Set highly elevated, it enjoys panoramic sea views, refreshing summer breezes, and sunshine throughout the day, creating a pleasant atmosphere in every season.
Its multi-level layout naturally balances shared living spaces with privacy, making it ideal for families and groups of friends travelling together.
The main living area combines the lounge and dining space, forming the heart of the home — a bright and welcoming place for shared breakfasts, slow afternoons, and evenings together. In winter, the living room transforms into a cozy retreat — curl up by the fireplace and let the warmth do the rest.
From the dining area, there is direct access to a terrace with an outdoor dining table and barbecue, naturally becoming the gathering spot for relaxed dinners and sunset moments.
The kitchen has just been fully modernised, featuring new appliances, updated cabinetry, and new flooring. Fully equipped for everyday cooking, it opens onto a separate terrace — perfect for morning coffee and peaceful outdoor breakfasts.
The house offers five bedrooms:
four bedrooms with double beds
one additional guest room with a sofa that converts into a full-size double bed
Two bedrooms feature en-suite shower bathrooms.
In total, the house has four bathrooms, ensuring comfort even when fully occupied.
All bedrooms, living and dining areas are equipped with air conditioning, with ceiling fans adding an extra breeze in select bedrooms.
On the upper level, there is also a small auxiliary kitchen, convenient for preparing drinks or light snacks without returning to the main living area.
Several terraces are arranged across different levels of the house, each designed for a specific moment of the day:
a terrace for outdoor dining and barbecuesÂ
a breakfast terrace connected to the kitchen
private terraces for selected bedrooms
additional seating areas for relaxation
This layout allows guests to enjoy both shared moments and quiet personal space throughout the day.
The rooftop is an independent outdoor living area with open views over the sea and surrounding landscape. The swimming pool is open-air in summer and, during spring and autumn, used with a transparent protective enclosure that helps extend the swimming season. The water is additionally heated by a heat pump — reaching around 25°C, which is more than comfortable for a refreshing swim in the shoulder seasons.
It is one of the most enjoyed spaces of the home, especially during the calm hours of the day.
The home is located in a peaceful residential area of Santa Susanna, away from tourist crowds. The beach and seafront are easily reached by car in approximately 5–7 minutes. Walking is possible, though the return journey includes a fairly steep uphill stretch.
More than just a place to stay, this is a home designed for rest, connection, and slow coastal living. It suits guests who value sunshine, privacy, comfort, and a genuine home atmosphere — with beautiful sea views and easy access to the coast.
