Level 1 — Pool & Entertainment

The lower level is home to the pool and one of the most memorable bedrooms in the house. Styled as a retro retreat, the room features a king-size bed, vintage movie posters, classic arcade machines, and gaming consoles — a space with genuine personality that tends to become a favourite, especially for those who appreciate a little nostalgia.

A floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fills the room with natural light and opens directly onto the pool — blurring the line between inside and out. A private shower room completes the floor.

Level 2 — The Heart of the Home

The main entrance opens onto the soul of the villa. A bright and generous living and dining area sets the tone — relaxed, warm, and made for lingering. From the living room, glass doors lead out to a shaded terrace with an outdoor dining table and barbecue — a natural extension of the interior, where evenings find their own unhurried rhythm.

The fully equipped kitchen sits at the heart of this floor, ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a long dinner preparation. A double bedroom and bathroom complete this level.

Level 3 — Rest & Retreat
